How to Start?
1. Insert your SIM card into your mobile phone as shown in your mobile phone’s user manual.
2. Turn on your mobile phone and enter PIN 1 code specified on your SIM card.
3. After entry of PIN 1 and registration of the SIM card on the network, the indicator of signal strength level will appear as a confirmation of registration of your SIM card

How to find SIM menu in your phone?

How to make a call?
1. Dial the number of the desired subscriber in international format (“00” or “+” – area code and the subscriber’s number) and press the “Call” button.
2. “Wait fo Call” message will appear on the phone’s display.
3. Wait for the incoming call, then press the Call (Accept Call) button again and wait for connection with the called subscriber.
4. If your phone does not support automatic outgoing-to incoming call conversion, then, in order to make a call, please do the following:
Select Menu > SIM Menu > Settings > Activate service and in the field “Enter service code” enter the code 1221, then press OK. To reset settings select Menu > SIM Menu > Settings > Activate service and in the Enter service code field enter code 0000 and press OK.
5. If after entry of above-mentioned code your phone still does not support the automatic call conversion, try to make a call in manual mode. To do this, dial the number of the subscriber called in the following order: *146*00 country code, the number of the called subscriber, then # symbol, then press Call button, wait for the incoming call, press Call button again and wait for connection with the called subscriber.
6. The use of USSD technology is impossible in United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, therefore, to use the Service, you will need to switch to a special mode by using the SIM card Menu. To do this, select Menu > SIM Menu > Settings > SMS Mode, select ON on the Menu page that has opened and press the Enter. After switching on SMS Mode a call will only be possible by means of the text message and in this case the cost of the call will be added to the SMS cost.
7. In case if none of the above-mentioned actions helped you to use the Service, please call Technical Support: 00371 66011444.

How to check your balance?
To check your SIM card balance, select Menu > SIM Menu > Check balance. Your phone will automatically send a request and after a few seconds you will receive information about the state of your SIM card balance. There is another way to find out the balance of your SIM card – dial 099 and press “Call” button.

How can I top up my balance?
To top up your SIM card balance, select Menu > SIM Menu > Add Airtime, then in the field Enter recharge code please enter the code you have purchased for recharging your SIM card balance(please ask your Eurosim travel dealer, who sold you SIM card, how to buy a top-up code). You can also top up balance with our website www.eurosim.travel.

How can I check the cost of a call?
To check the cost of a call to a specific number, please select Menu > SIM Menu > Check rate, in the Enter destination number field, please enter the number of the subscriber whose call cost you want to know and press OK.
How to send SMS?
To send SMS at a standard rate, follow the text message sending instructions in your mobile phone.
To send a text message at a reduced rate, select Menu > SIM Menu > Send SMS, in the Enter destination Number field, please enter the number of the subscriber to whom you want to send SMS and press OK. Enter your text in the Enter Message field and press OK.
Receiving SMS is the same as in any other mobile phone, except when you can receive an SMS only if you have set (see below) the connection number assigned to you when purchasing a SIM card as your main connection number. In the connection numbers list displayed via the SIM menu, abbreviation SMS will always be added after your main connection number.

Contacting Technical Support
If you forgot how to contact Technical Support – use SIM Menu. Please select Menu > SIM Menu > Settings > Customer Care, wait for the incoming call, press the Call button and wait for connection with Technical Support. (Please note – tech support calls are free of charge.)

How to Use a Phone Book?
To use your phone book is necessary to save the contacts in the following format: “00”- country code – city code (if applied when calling) – phone number or “+” – country code – city code (if applied when calling) – phone number.
How to activate CLIR (hidden number) service?
To activate the service please dial code 0900 ( or “manually” *146*900#) and press the “Call” button.
If the function is not activated, the command will turn it on with confirmation notification.

How to log in to your Personal account?
To log in http://manager.eurosim.travel you need : card number (example: 8937105100400110075F) or phone number (example: 37122200022), and the password, which is PUK2 code shown on your SIM card (example: 67796581). The login password can be changed in the corresponding menu on the control panel.
For smartphone users
For Android/iOS based operating systems, you will need a separate activation of the Eurosim SIM card. To do this, go to the following menu on your smartphone: Menu > SIM Menu > Settings > Activate Service and in the “Enter service code” field enter code 1221 and press “Ok”. Re-entering the code 1221 returns Eurosim SIM card to the regular telephone mode.
Connection to “Data transfer / GPRS”
To use this service, you need to perform the following actions:
1. Activate service “Data transfer / GPRS”.
3. If you connect your PC (personal computer) to the Internet using your phone with a roaming card as a modem, and at the same time use mail programs (Outlook, WML, Bat etc.), then, to send e-mail please specify the following SMTP server in the mail program settings: mail.travelgprs.com.
Please make sure your device supports Data transfer before connecting the service.

- To activate the service, please dial code 903 (in case the phone doesn’t support the direct dialing, then *146*903*) and press “Call” button. The service is now activated.
- To deactivate the service, please dial the same code 903 (or *146*903*) and press “Call” button. The service is now deactivated.
- You can activate or deactivate”Data transfer / GPRS” in your personal account on our website http://manager.eurosim.travel
- In the «Edit» section, just check or uncheck the box opposite the “GPRS”service.

“Call Me Back”
If you have run out of balance on the card, the «Call Me Back» service gives you the opportunity to send a message to a subscriber of any mobile operator with a request to call you back.
Warning! You can use «Call Me Back» service no more than 5 times a day in a consecutive period of 24 hours.
- The service is provided free of charge and does not require additional settings.
- To ask a subscriber to call you back, simply dial the command *146*90*00 country code phone number# and press “Call” button. Message sending notification will appear on display.
- The subscriber you ask to call you back will receive an SMS on your behalf with the text “The user has not enough balance to make a call. Please call back.”
- For convenience, add command *146*90*00 country code phone number# to Contacts. If necessary, just select this contact in your phone book.
Warning! You can use «Call Me Back» service no more than 5 times a day in a consecutive period of 24 hours.
