Why can’t I make an outgoing call after Eurosim travel SIM card activation?

Most probably, you are using a telephone of a range of smartphones (HTC Desire, iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, BlackBerry etc.), requiring a separate activation of the Eurosim travel SIM card. To do this, access the following menu on your smartphone: Menu > SIM Menu > Settings > Activate Service and in the “Enter service code” field please dial 1221 code and press “Ok”.

Re-entering the code 1221 returns your SIM card Eurosim travel into regular telephone mode.

Are there Mobile Internet Data Plans for tablets?

How the cost of incoming and outgoing calls is charged?

Specific rates apply to both the incoming and the outgoing calls. Any incoming call, at any time and regardless of where you have received the call from, will be charged by the incoming call rate for the country, in which you are receiving that call.

The cost of an outgoing call from the country of your stay doesn’t depend on the destination of the call: it is not important, whether you are making a local call in the country you are currently staying or an international call to any other country of the world, your call will be charged by the outgoing call rate for the country, from which you are calling.

How to find out the spending for the current month?

To find out the amount spent for the current month, please dial code 908 (if the phone does not support direct dialing, then *146*908#) and press “Call”. You will be notified of expenses for the current month by SMS.

We consider a calendar month (from the 1st to the last day of the month).

  • Cost of sending SMS from SIM Menu – 0.10 USD per message regardless of the host country.

How do I check my SIM card balance?

To check your balance select Check Balance option in the SIM menu. The current balance will be displayed on the phone screen. Balance check is free.

How to make an outgoing call with Eurosim travel SIM card?

The golden rule: always dial the number with the international code regardless of which country you stay in and which country you call. Dial the number of a subscriber in the international format: the country code, the area code, and the phone number. Press the Call button. The phone will display the message Wait for Call and information about the current balance. In a few seconds you will receive an incoming call, press the call button. Wait for the answer of the interlocutor and enjoy the conversation!
